A camera is for.get a load of this,,,,taking pictures. GARBAGE. I mean, I just dont understand why anyone would rate a camera on anything other than PICTURE QUALITY. Has the world gone mad. So far, I've had no luck. Simply put, the pictures come out grainy or out of focus or, grainy and out of focus.
Anyway, it is MY OPINION that this camera STINKS.
It's not for pushing buttons and doing back flips.
What year is this again.
Have we lowered our standards when it comes to quality.
I realize that this is no SLR, but can someone not invent a point-and-shoot that takes a picture that is at least in focus.
Just for taking pictures.
At least, that's what I think.
This is my second try with a point and shoot.
Next up.Canon SD1200.
It has quite a few different settings for different situations and if I'm on the right setting the pictures come out great. I really like how easy it is to use and it's compact size. The rechargable battery lasts quite a long time, and it takes an SD card which I can pop right into my laptop. I am pleased w/the picture quality and recommend this for someone who wants a decent point and shoot lightweight camera at a good price.with simple settings. I've had several small digital cameras and this one is my favorite so far, and also the least expensive.
I have owned this camera for over a year hate the quality of the pictures. Its light and portable however the quality does not make this camera worth the price. I'm not an expert when it comes to cameras I'm not a novice either, and have larger better cameras but after a while the larger ones get heavy. So when I saw this camera I thought it would be perfect. I have used every feature available to get quality shots and for close up (5ft) the pictures are for the majority are ok in quality considering the megapixels size. However, when I take pictures that are farther away then 5ft the picture quality diminishes as the distance gets further.
Overall it takes pretty good pictures. I have a Canon DSLR camera, which gives me very good quality pictures. But for those times that I didn't want to carry a big camera around I bought this unit. Cannot compare to my DLSR, but for a little camera it does the job well. Just wish the flash was a little stronger for better indoor shots.
well in a world where digital cameras fight to the death, i chose this little guy in a last minute bargain hunt. and the zoom is well designed. i cant even tell you how many light settings and features this thing has. or should i say was. i can guarantee that yes it was my stupidity, but it's not like i knew it was in my shorts. we'll get to that in just a moment. boy am i happy. the buttons were confusing at first, but after toying with it, i got it down.
first the camera. with an amazing 10 mega-pixels,of course it takes better than average pictures. buy it, you won't be disappointed.oh, and if you're wondering, the camera will not survive if you keep it in your bathing suit at the beach, and decide to venture out in the ocean with it. oh how i miss it.in loving memory of my beautiful camera.
